Can "Location Detail" filter (Combine locations & Individual Locations) be an option on all reports?

If the Location Detail (Combine Locations & Individual Locations) is not an option, then multiple reports are needed & it's very time consuming to run each report for each location.  Would love to run the report once and see results as a whole and by location.
