Can not use Confluence

Hello current i am using Jira annual plan, I wonder why i can not use confluence, Thanks.

Hi @Oeun Sopheak , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Atlassian only offer Cloud Free products as monthly subscriptions. To add a Cloud Free product to an existing paid annual subscription, the subscription must be moved to monthly billing.
