Can not synchronize all changes of user in Confluence using Jira Software Server as Active Director

Hi, 

I am having a problem in synchronize user information in Confluence which using Jira Software another server as Active directory.

 All old users which synchronize from previous date not be updated in Confluence when I execute Syncronize

Example userA in Confluence update time: 20/02/2020

UserA change fullname to  in Active Directory to another value

After synchronize, fullname of userA still not be updated in Confluence

How to fix this problem?

Hi @Samvtb11 user name change in AD usually means a new user in Jira.  Check Jira for the new user and make sure they are members of the confluence_users group.
