Can not delete organization

I tried Confluence for 30 with premium and decided not to use it. So i downgraded the premium plan to free and tried to delete the organization and account. As described in many FAQs there seem to be some apps like rovo blocking the deletion. Tha FAQ says I should contact support, but after the downgrade to free plan, there is no possibility for this anymore. So I hope this way will do it.

Please remove any remaining apps and delete the organization.

I see that you want to delete your Organization.

To be able to delete the Organization, you will need to have everything deleted from your site/Organization, before the Organization can be deleted.

For your site, I can see three products, including Confluence, so this is why you are still unable to delete the Organization.

Since other products we see here are not possible to removed from your site as well, we created a ticket with our billing team, who should be able to help you with the Confluence expedite deletion and the other products removal.

They will also share more details with you there and request your approval to move forward.

You should have received an email with the ticket number and also will get an email with their reply, but please feel free to check the https://support.atlassian.com/requests to make sure you are able to see our request, in case you are not receiving any updates by email for any reason.
