Hello,
I would like to know if Atlassian Rovo is capable of creating and publishing Confluence pages using predefined templates.
For example, can Rovo select a specific template and populate it with content, then publish the page automatically?
I’ve tried several times to do this myself, but I haven’t been successful.
Has anyone managed to do this successfully? If there are any examples or best practices, I would really appreciate it if you could share them.
Thank you very much for your support!
Hi @Chisato Saito , what information or content are you trying to populate the page with? For example, are you trying to use information from a Jira issue, or maybe analysis or a summary based on work done on other pages/Jira issues (like a project status update), or maybe from a Loom video?
If you have already built your Rovo agent, can you share the instructions it has?
Hello, @Laura Campbell
I'm trying to use information from a Jira issue and also analysis or a summary based on work done (via Jira issues).
Thank you for your comments.

@Chisato Saito From my experimentation, no-code Rovo agents aren't able to find Confluence templates. You could potentially do this with a Rovo agent built using Forge or with Confluence/Jira APIs.
What may meet your needs to publish information from a Jira issue to a Confluence page could actually be an existing app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=create%20page%20from%20jira
You could try chaining something together, for example a Rovo agent that summarizes details of a Jira issue and adds it as a comment, and then an automation that runs to trigger one of the apps that can create a Confluence page with the information from the Jira issue.
