Hi,
I would like to apply separate security to some pages to prevent information leakage.
Is there a way or add-on to prevent screen capture and copying, downloading, exporting, printing?
Realistically, you would have to have full control over the machines your users use to access your Confluence. You would have to disable features like this on the operating system level on their machines, otherwise there would always be a way to make a screenshot, recording, print or whatever.
But even this would not prevent your users from pulling out their phone and taking a photo of their monitor or even just writing down notes on a piece of paper. If there is somebody with the intention to leak information you cannot really prevent this with software only.
Cheers,
Sven
Agree with Sven... however with use of intelligent watermarking on shared file attachments, screen captures of content can be reduced. Here's how content labels can be exposed with watermarking file content displaying user and file handling guidelines. Improved document tracing will guide good user behavior.
Here is an example for Atlassian Product Mgrs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IgqXCfAX6U

Hello @KRAFTON Inc. ,
As far as I know, you can disable Confluence's download function through settings.
However, copying, screenshots, and printing are all functions that depend on the computer desktop and browser, and should not be disabled through Confluence's settings.
To make attachments not available to download. Follow the instructions below to disable attachment downloads.
