Can I make the attachment view shown by default for a file list?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Viewing Attachment Details

I have created different file list for content that I upload. It is annoying not seeing the file size in page view. Everything I want to see is shown if I click the paper clip (attachments).

Is there a way to set this view as default when I enter the file list? Or can the file size and delete option be shown at the same time in page view? To my knowledge the space attachment macro leaves no option to delete any content.

Would like to do this as well please, any ideas on how to change the default view from the page to the attachment list?
