Can I link my Gmail to Jira?
So I can link that email to my issue
I don't want to copy & paste my email manually

I'm one of Infosysta folks who developed Google To Jira - GTJ in order to link Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) to Jira so you can easily add an email to Jira issue and create new issues directly from you Gmail using the email subject and body.

Yes you can.  As long as you are a user in the jira instance and have the proper permissions you can add yourself as an assignee, watcher, etc.
