Can I embedd a cross-project release tracker into Confluence?

Maz Hassan February 11, 2023

I have a cross-project release created in Advanced Jira Roadmap, and I would like to surface the release progress (number of issues completed vs Total issues) into my wiki in confluence.  What is the best way to do this?

The Release Tracker Macro in Confluence only allows me to surface a release within 1 project.

Thanks for your response!  To be more specific, I would like to reflect a view similar to the screenshot.  In the screenshot, I have 2 releases, each coming from 2 different Jira projects.

In reality, both releases are associated to 1 cross-project release in Advanced Jira Roadmap, which is the one I am trying to surface.  Am I able to display a view that demonstrates the cross-project release as 1 release with 4 Jira counts, rather than 2 separate releases each with 2 Jira counts?

This would be dependent on Confluence recognizing cross-project releases (which is actually an aggregation of several releases).

@Maz Hassan welcome to the Atlassian community

You could use the Jira issues macro and make your own filters to display the information you are after.  You will have to have multiple filters and macros added to the Confluence page.  https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-jira-issues-macro/
