Greetings,
Is it possible in Confluence Data Center to create multiple jira issues? When testing, I highlight the text in the table, and I just get the standard jira create issue icon.
Interesting enough, I can't seem to highlight the top row that has the summary, description, etc. So maybe there's some kind of table app in my environment that is competing with this feature?
This was a sorted table. Do not include the header row when selecting the text. When clicking on the Jira icon after selecting the text in the table, the Create multiple issues from table link should appear.
Hi @Clint Young ,
I do think "Create multiple Jira work items" is a feature for Confluence Cloud and that it's not supported on DC. However, I don't have a DC environment to test this out.
Can you maybe try to highlight the top (header) row to see what will show up then?
I've only found docs pointing to single work item/issue creation (such as this one).
You could maybe reach out to Atlassian Support just to confirm this, but from everything I've found and read, it's probably not supported.
Cheers,
Tobi

Thanks for looking at this @Tomislav Tobijas - Your response led me to the AI support bot which gave me the idea to resolve the problem I was running into.
This was a sorted table in Confluence DC. So, if you try to incorporate the table header row, you're not going to see the "Create multiple issues from table" option. Once you just highlight the text in the table excluding the header row, the option is available.
Thanks again for your help.
