Dear Atlassians,
I have a "Decision Log" page which contains two elements:
1) a table that summarizes all the decisions active or already completed in the project; this table contains a few fields that I will identify as "field1", "field2" ... "fieldN"
2) a "Create new decision" button.
Now, when the button is clicked, a document is created from a template which thoroughly describes the process for the decision approval or rejection. What I would like to do, is to have a pop up window appearing when "Create new decision" is clicked; then this pop up will contain a line for each one of the N fields from the table, which will require filling out. All the information filled out in the pop up fields will then be used for two purposes:
1) create a new line on the summary table on the "Decision log" page with these fields filled in as in the pop up;
2) fill in the lines that describe that particular decision on the document that is created with this process from the template.
Is there any way to implement this?
