Can I create a link that opens a specific Confluence global template?

Context: Our Help Desk project in JSM has a request type allowing users to request new software at the company. 

Rather than create a ton of custom fields to capture various business justification criteria, I create a template in Confluence that can be filled out. This will allow the user to fill the template out in their own time and attach it to the request when it's complete and to export the page to a pdf file if needed by finance.

Goal: I would like to provide a link from the request type that directs the user to the template.

Hi @Ashley Honeycutt 

One way I could think of is for to provide a manual trigger from the JSM work item to create the confluence page. This will allow you to specify the template and where you want the newly created pages to be stored.
