Can I change an uploaded emoji in Confluence Cloud?

The only way to display software icons inline is to upload them as an emoji. Now some icons have changed. Can I replace the images while keeping the same name?

I saw that post yes, but that is old, for self hosted environments. I posted my question in/for Confluence Cloud.
