I'd like to know if Confluence have the storage space for release files to the outside customers? Can it be implemented like a share point space?
@Palita Bear As Kristian suggested, the easiest way to do this is attaching the release file to a Confluence page. The attachment max size can be configured as described here.
If this doesn't work for you, there are several apps that can integrate files from external storage like SharePoint, Dropbox, Box, S3 buckets, etc. These app can make the external files look like "core" of Confluence, the integration is "seamless".
For Sharepoint, see these: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=sharepoint&product=confluence
Hi @Palita Bear and welcome to the Community.
You can attach a file to a page as an attachment and people can download it.
However, Confluence is not designed to work as a file storage/management/distribution system.

How big of the file that can be uploaded into a page? Can we configure to limit the file size?

On Confluence Cloud, you can set the attachment maximum size in Settings.
On the screenshot, it's about 148 MB - which I believe is the default.
Then the rest depends on your pricing plan. Max size of Confluence Free is 2GB, Standard is 250 GB, Premium and Enterprise are unlimited.
