Can Confluence every time send notification email? (without batched notification)

KRAFTON Inc.

Hi,

I use Confluence server.

Confluence notification email delayed 2~6 hours .

- Team Calendar update notification email : work good

- Content and comment deleted notification email : work good

- Update page, update comment, new page, new comment, mentioned : delayed

I think a problem 'batched notification'.

So, can I configure notification email without batched notification?

Hello,

It's not possible to disable, but you can decrease the time in Scheduled Jobs (see Send batched notifications.)

From that page in Confluence, you can also see when the notifications were last sent, and compare it to your email headers on one of the notifications.

If the time on the email header is much later, then it may be an issue on the email server itself.

Regards,

Shannon

Thank you for reply.

I checked mail header and compare update Confluence page.

That was 2~6 hours.

Update Team Calendar and deleted notification in mail queue.

But can't find batched notifications.

Can I see batched notification mail queue?

Hello,

You need to go to Scheduled Jobs and look for Send batched notifications. This is what I am asking you to compare, not the time of the Confluence updates. I included a link to the article in our documentation about this feature.

From this page, you will be able to see what time the batched notifications were sent out, and compare to your mail headers.

Regards,

Shannon
