I have a complex page with a table of contents at the top for navigation. I frequently want to go back to the top of the page while editing to quickly move to another section of the page. CTRL-HOME is the standard Windows shortcut for going back to the top of a page or document. But CTRL-HOME does not work consistently in Confluence. It sometimes takes you all the way to the top, but sometimes it gets stuck and only takes you to some point in the middle of the page. Pressing the key combination again doesn't take you the rest of the way to the top. I think this might just be a bug that needs to be investigated.
Hi @Toby Nixon welcome to the community! I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't find this specific issue, but I did find CONFCLOUD-79610 which is another issue with using Ctrl-Home. I found that while editing, Ctrl-Home moved the cursor, but not the page, so even though the cursor was at the top, I was still seeing the middle of my page.
As you have a Premium License, I would have your system administrator open a ticket with Atlassian Support giving them some specific details to reproduce it. They can access your confluence space if it's easier to describe that way (if you give them permission).
If they create a new Jira ticket, if you can report the number back here so people can vote for and watch it as well.
Hope that helps.
