I want to know the details of standard and premium plans, and also their prices.

If I was a member before and I've already bought a bundle before, but they I closed it, Can I recover it now?

For recovering an old site you once had, I would advise contacting Support via https://support.atlassian.com/ to see if there is an option to do this.
