What can I (as a site administrator) do to export all the attachments in bulk from a Confluence space? Where do I restrict users from exporting attachments (alone) from within a Confluence page?

At the page level any user can select attachments and then download all to download all the attachments on that page.  There is no way to prevent users from downloading attachments if they have access to the space or page.

For the space there is not a good way to get all the attachments.  You can go to Space Settings > Manage Space > Export Space you can do an XML export.  This will have an attachment folder but the attachments will not have the proper extensions associated so you will not be able to open them without adding the proper extension.  So you would have to look through the XML to get those.  I have heard of individuals who go to the attachments page under space settings and then download each file individually as an option.

Hi @Raja Jeevan Kumar Maduri

As mentioned by Brant, space export is a workaround you can try to download all your attachments. You cannot restrict users from downloading the attachments if they have view access to it. If you are open for third party plugins you can explore app such as "Attachments Manager for Confluence" from Atlassian Marketplace, through which you can easily download attachments from your space.

Would be great that the "Attachments Manager" was a mainstream feature enabled by access control. Thanks for pointing me to the same though. Cheers!!
