Hello,
I’d like to report a bug that occurs when writing content on Confluence pages.
When typing in Korean, parts of the text occasionally disappear — not only after saving or refreshing the page, but sometimes even while typing.
For example, when I type "지라 이슈 종료", it sometimes ends up showing only "지" either during editing or after saving.
I’m not certain whether this issue also affects English text, but it frequently happens with Korean.
Many members of our project team are also experiencing the same issue, so it seems to be affecting multiple users.
This is causing a lot of inconvenience, so I’d really appreciate it if this could be addressed as soon as possible.
Could you please let us know when a fix might be available?
Thank you.
I don't have any info on when a fix will be available unfortunately, but we're aware of this bug and are tracking it in CONFCLOUD-81067.
That bug report will be the best place to stay up to date with progress on a fix.
Hello,
Today I encountered a very similar problem when writing a text in Confluence in English. After publishing the page, when I wanted to make an edit, random typos appeared, half of sentences disappeared and words merged. It occurred in different paragraphs across the page. I am 100% certain it was not caused by me accidentally copy/pasting or making other edits.
I'm not sure if this could be the same bug as I don't write in Korean, but seems similar. Could you please verify it? Thanks!

That's super strange and definitely shouldn't be happening. It sounds like a different bug to the one above though.
Your best bet would probably be to reach out to support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and they can investigate further or connect this with internal teams who can fix the issue.
Hopefully it can get fixed asap! It sounds pretty frustrating 😅
