Border around a table while exporting data/requirements from JIRA

I want to add table borders dynamically/automatically while exporting data/Requirements from JIRA.

does anybody aware of any plugin/macro/jquery to fulfil this?

What do you mean by "export"?

Export usually means "give us data", not "give us formatted data". In most cases, it's up to the receiving program to do formatting, not Confluence.
