Bold not working (Windows + Chrome)

Using confluence, making text bold does not work for me. This counts for all text types (headings, paragraphs, quotes, etc.) 

I'm on Windows using Chrome, but the issue is also persistent in MS Edge.

Little bit more info:

• <strong> gets applied to the selected text
• Devtools shows the following:

• strong, b {
  font-weight: normal;
  font-family: 'ProximaNova-Semibold', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
  }

• When deselecting 'font-weight' the text shows bold

I was seeing this on OSX + Chrome as well, and it turned out that reducing magnification in my browser fixes the issue. Not sure why the CSS is designed this way, but at 110% Zoom or less, bold text shows up as bold. At 125% it does not.

Your mileage may vary depending on resolution. Seems like an editor bug to me, either way.
