I need to change de billing date. How can I do that?

Actually, Billing support has its own entry point -

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

That's where I was despatched a couple of times by the regular Support :) 

@Wendy Krepsky - just ensure that you're logged in with your Atlassian account.

@Wendy Krepsky You will need to contact billing support through the link that @Mohamed Benziane provided.  You can also contact your customer care rep and they should be able to help you navigate the support process as well.
