I would like to ask about the billing for invoice IN-006-869-614.
Our Confluence Standard subscription started on May 27, 2026, and the payment method was added on June 4, 2026.
Before reviewing the billing details, we noticed that the invoice was charged for 8 users. However, at the time of payment, our actual number of users was 7.
The additional user account was created by mistake and was removed as soon as we discovered it. The account was never intended for actual use.
Since our actual active users at the time of payment were 7, we would like to know whether the billing can be adjusted accordingly, or if a refund/credit can be provided for the extra user license.
