Hello,
With all of the various Atlassian products I wanted to get feedback from the community as to which product they have found to be the most robust, clear, easy to share, and navigate when it comes to external facing Program Status Reports (think external partners and customers). I have found Confluence, Atlas, JIRA Software and JIRA Work management to all have somewhat overlapping ability to do this, but nothing really definitively sticking out as a clear winner.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Levi Boehrig ,
Likely, you will use Confluence to provide reports externally and to customers since you its the place where you can provided documented context. can user Jira software and Work Management through dashboards but that would be something would be easier to consume internally since there's a process and metrics established within the organization.
Also, the nice thing is that you can bring the Jira information into Confluence and document a report with that information included to present to said customer.
Hope this helps
