Best survey/questionnaire tool for Confluence

Good morning,

I'm writing to ask for your support to find the best solution to create a questionnaire on Confluence that suits my needs.

I'm looking for a survey/questionnaire tool able to do the following:

• give a score to each answers of a question (1 question with 5 answer options, each of the 5 answers must assign a certain score)
• Calculate a final score (based on the scores of the various questions)
• Give an overview of the scores with graphs or visual tools
• Send the questionnaire to people who do not use / do not have Confluence accounts
• Archive the questionnaires completed by the people to whom the survey was sent

Is there some tool/apps able to do all these things?

Most of what you are looking to do can be done in using Questions for Confluence which is an app developed and maintained by Atlassian that is available as an add-on to Confluence. Check it out and let us know your thoughts!

Unfortunately "Questions for Confluence" seems to be non suitable for my purpose.
