Best practice for exporting large pages that include many pictures to PDF or Word

We have used confluence to document our user manual. We really like the speed at which we can make the document since it is very long, but we are running into issues exporting the page. 

The page is around 30-40 pages long when exported to PDF or word with around 100 pictures. 

When we export using the standard ways, we run into two issues.

1. For Word: It stops exporting the pictures after the first 25 or so.

2. For PDF: The size of the pictures or position is changed relative to the font. Some pictures are centered, while some are set to the right.

Are there any suggestions for exporting larger documents?

I havent really try exporting large pages and I wouldn't know for these problems you are facing. For the PDF export, I would try to customize the layout https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/customize-exports-to-pdf/ and fix things I don't like.

If that isn't enough you can always search the marketplace for an export app.
