Banner headers do not show when I publish the page.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am creating a page for a team wiki resource using Confluence.
When I create a Banner Header in EDIT mode I see this (EDIT MODE.PNG)
When I save and look at the published page it looks like this (PUBLISHED.PNG)
But my thoughts are that it should look like this (Should appear like.png)
Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong? This first happened when I added a new section to the page.
I have also experienced the opposite where a widget was showing in the published page, but was not visible in the edit page!!
