Backup confluence with error

Hello,

I'm trying to manual backup my confluence through General Configuration > Backup & Restore but I'm getting the following error(s):

Can somebody please help me to resolve this issue?

I'm guessing the service account that runs Confluence on your Linux server doesn't have access to 

/var/atlassian/application-data/confluence/temp/

and so it can't create the directories/files needed to perform the backup.
