Automation not triggering?

I created an automation rule to trigger based on a user being added to a group, but the automation rule doesn't trigger when a user is added to that group. I can't figure out why the rule isn't triggering. Does this trigger not work or is there something I'm potentially doing incorrectly?

Hi @Gary Spross , can you share the actual trigger in your rule? I went to look for it but did not immediately find it.

Hey @Jack Brickey , it's this trigger that I'm attempting to utilize:

Adding for clarity, this is within Confluence automation. This trigger isn't available in Jira automation.

I had opened a support ticket with Atlassian and they just responded.

They've created a bug ticket for this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-81175.

Help out and add your vote to hopefully help get some eyes on it and get it fixed!

Thanks for updating us @Gary Spross . BTW, my oversight was that I was thinking "Jira" when clearly this was for Confluence. 🙄
