Automatic sending e-mail notifications to product owner when finished with project

How is it possible to send a notification per e-mail to the owner of a project or task when i'm finished with this task or project ?

Hi,

You can change the notification scheme to send a mail everytime a task reach the closed state.

What do you mean by finishing a project ?

I mean exactly what you said "a task reach the closed state"

But how can I change the notification scheme ?
