Hi @Prateek Mangal Natively you cannot do this in confluence. You can explore third party plugins on Atlassian Marketplace. Or else you can create your custom solution by creating a script that will read your content, search for specific words and replace it with a link by using REST APIs.
Can you please help me with one more problem: As an admin I want to have two user groups
1. as approvers who can make changes
2. people to be informed after changes are made.
A user can comment on a page for any suggestion. Approvers may or may not make the change. second group should be informed only after changes have been made on the page not when a user comments on the page.
Can we have this functionality in Confluence such that second group does not receive notification when a comment is made on the page but receives update when content on the page is edited?
