Do we have a feature that updates confluence page automatically once the original one is updated?
How to link that?
Hello @Harsh Patil and welcome to the Community.
The easiest option is to use a Page Include macro on the target page.
Basically, every time you update page A, the content will be made available on page B where the Page Include macro is.
If the two pages are in a two different spaces, you can also use a sync app.
These app have other features that allow you to control workflow in greater detail.
Hi @Harsh Patil
What would be your use case behind updating a page automatically, and what exactly do you mean by "original page"?
Is your use case for separating concerns between page editing, publishing, and reviews/approvals?
In that case, you might check out Breeze. It's a full-fledged document management solution and provides review and approval workflows that allow separating concerns between page editing, publishing, and approval but without the need to keep pages in sync.
It's a clever and simple-to-use concept called "working copies," which is explained here.
If you are interested to see how this works, feel free to schedule a personal demo with me.
All the best,
Adrian from B1NARY (we are the developers of Breeze)
