Hi,
We have been using Confluence (version 7.19.8) for a long time now to store shared files and notes. We use the Atlassian companion app (version 1.4.5) to edit and save files directly from within Confluence. However, recently, both our Windows and Mac computers have been unable to make use of the companion app to edit excel sheets - we can select the 'edit' button and get a prompt to launch the companion app, but then nothing happens from there. Restarts, different browsers and re-installs have not helped fix the issue.
Has anyone encountered this issue, and do you have a potential fix?
