Hi,
It allowing me to login but while second step verification asking for the 6 digits code .
This Atlassian verification is not installed on my phone, that's why not able to give or clear second step of verification.
How to resolve this.
Thanks
Hi @Chetana,
I think what you’re seeing might not be two-factor authentication in the usual sense, but rather Atlassian sending a 6-digit verification code to your email address to confirm you have access to it.
If that’s the case, you don’t need an authenticator app, you just need to check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the message from Atlassian and enter the code shown there.
If you’re not receiving the email, make sure:
You’re checking the same email account you use to log in to Atlassian.
Emails from @atlassian.com
are not blocked or marked as spam by your email provider.
If you still don’t get the code, it may help to contact your IT admin so they can confirm the correct email is associated with your Atlassian account.
Hope this clears things up!

Hi @Chetana and welcome to the Community.
Any chance you're using a Google account/email to log in? A six-digit code sounds like Google authenticator.
Generally speaking... Two-factor authentication typically relies on a third party verificator like Google, Okta, etc. depending on your setup - in case of SSO, your IT team should be able to help to tell you which service to use and which app to install on your phone).
