We are thinking about creating hundreds of Confluence pages, most of which are not large, but many of which contain several thumbnail (expandable) Word and PDF files (perhaps these take up a lot of data), to store data from an application we intend to shut down. Our goal would be to enable searching, and to provide data for our knowledgebase.
I have some questions related to this, and to Confluence in general:
1) Where can I find information about connecting a Confluence space to our knowledgebase?
2) I read something in an Atlassian document (that I need to find again) about enhancing Confluence Search. I don't remember whether the Confluence configuration that was discussed was for one space or global. Where can I find this information?
3) Are there space limits in Confluence?
4) Is there a limit to the number of Confluence pages unbilled? If so, what is the limit, and where can I find it?
5) I just read in a related post that Confluence pages can be shared beyond our company. How can I make sure that doesn't happen?

Let us know if you need any further assistance!

Is there an easy way to see how much space is already taken up? Is there an easy way to see on my own what plan we have?

Hi @Phil Bustin
Assuming you're the Site/Org Admin, for Billing...
And for storage, see this help page, which has detailed instructions depending on which user management UI you have.

The URL shows me only the Sandbox (Premium), so I assume Production is the same. On the help page you provided, and pages under that, Confluence has unlimited storage as Premium. So that question seems to be resolved.
I wonder if performance would be affected with hundreds of pages, in Search, a knowledgebase, or in general.

Hi @Phil Bustin
You'd likely need to try it - perhaps in the Sandbox?
I don't think so though - thinking of some of the large companies using Atlassian products, they likely have tens of thousands of pages running on Cloud.

On the Billing tab, is production still missing? You should see both prod and sandbox.

Only the Sandbox is visible. I'm guessing I'm not the same kind of admin on Production.
