Are there options to filter out buttons for screenreaders?

In our organisation we are trying to make our confluence more accesible. People with a viewing disability who use a screenreader have troubles with all the buttons (and other macro's) we use on pages. Screenreaders tend to read the buttons as wel so they have coherent text and can't follow with what we are doing. 

Are there options to read simple text only so they can have full acces to our platform too?
