Getting this error: 

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

When using external share with Jira Gantt chart embedded (Gantt not showing up). Anyone else had this and how to resolve?

This looks like you're using some kind of Marketplace addon. Can you maybe share which one, so that potentially people who are using it can assist you here?

Also, if that's third-party application, you might want to check the vendor's status page (if they have one) to see if there are any active incidents related to the product you're using.
App listings in Marketplace usually have status pages listed under "Support" tab.
