I have a team of 6 people and we use both jira and confluence on the free version.
Today i was trying to login to confluence and suddenly the url wasnt working anymore and the app was removed from the sidebar.
I couldn't access any of the documents we created.
I tried contacting support but sadly there is no way to get in touch with anyone from Atlassian if i don't have a paid account.
Any advice on what to do?
There are a few important documents that i really need to get from there even if i can use the app anymore.
I also checked billing if for some reason there was anything i needed to pay and it was not showing the Confluence as an app but the balance was set to 0.

All Atlassian apps that were not used for 120+ days are marked as inactive. I've requested support from Atlassian support engineer which will respond in 2-3 business days.

In this case, i would recommend raising a support request with our billing team here https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ so that they can assist you with the reactivation and recovery of the data.
