I'm installing Confluence 8.5.14 LTS on Windows Server 2022 with SQL Server 15.0.4235.7. I cannot connect to the database during setup. I've confirmed the sql credentials and the port work. Getting "Can't reach database server or port".

My guess is that there's a firewall setting that prevents incoming connections to your SQL port. Have you checked that out?
