Anonymise staging data cloned from production

Hi, I'm cloning data from my production Confluence environment to my staging environment, to match both environments as closely as possible. The production environment is much more highly secured in terms of permissions and access, while the access governance on the staging environment is a little looser.

Due to my org security considerations, how do I ensure any sensitive data (e.g. PII) is anonymised in the staging environment?
