I have many (maybe 30) anchors at the top of a page that link to appropriate sections in a long document to prevent lengthy scrolling. Every now and then when I go to edit the page (and not even editing anything to do with the anchor), the anchor link text at the top changes description to include the name of the title page. So for example, from 'Nevus' text to 'Name of Title#Nevus'. Sometimes this happens immediately when I click Edit, so I haven't made any changes to the page yet. To fix the problem, I must edit each link in the Advanced tab, removing the name of title page from the Link text. What is causing this?
I have seen something like this when users were trying to copy and paste mentions, the links were getting replaced with a default link to the page. Have you searched to see if a bug has been filed? If not, please file a bug
Also, I would recommend getting the source editor plugin (in the marketplace). It is very useful in helping to both debug and more easily fix these issues (for example, it support RegEx). It would make fixing this less annoying. ;-)
