We are in process of test migration. And am getting the following errors when i try to migrate one project:

An unexpected error occurred during step: USERS_MIGRATION. Error: Task com.atlassian.migration.agent.logging.LoggingContextAwareExecutorService$$Lambda$6069/1834927297@cd17f4 rejected from java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor@67187fdb[Terminated, pool size = 0, active threads = 0, queued tasks = 0, completed tasks = 1181]. Open the troubleshooting page and locate a fix under the Migration errors section.

Migration workflow completed prematurely. Open the troubleshooting page and locate a fix under the Migration errors section.

I already perform migration for different projects, i was not getting this error. Before i run the migration the premigration checks are all good. Am getting the error when i run the migration of the project.

Hi @Atlassian Cloud ,

I'd definitelly recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support as they have dedicated teams to supporting migrations from on-prem to cloud.

I haven't done Confluence migration myself, so sadly I cannot help much here :/

But, again, from my previous Jira migrations, the  support team is quite responsive and helpful.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hi Toby,

Thanks for the reply, i already did and it was some glitch or something on the Migration tool,  it came back after some time.

Now is all good.
