I have created a space in Confluence for knowledge base (KB) articles. There is a defined group of people who have confluence licenses and are able to edit these KB articles.

This Confluence space is connected to a Jira Service Management portal which has given access to all logged in users to view the KB articles, and Only Confluence Users can edit the KB (the only other option for edit is allowing agents and admins to edit content).

I would like all logged in users to be able to leave comments on the KB articles. Is there a way to do this without granting the entire organization Confluence licenses.

@Laura McDonald I believe you could set the space up to be open to anonymous access and then users could leave comments on the space pages.  https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/make-a-space-public/ This would make it open to everyone.
