All pages disappeared from space (cloud free plan)

Just logged in today to see that all my pages are missing from my Confluence space.

I'm the only user and no one else has access to my Confluence spaces. I didn't delete the pages, they just disappeared.

I know that cloud free sites do time out if you I haven't logged in for a while, but as far as I know I should have received emails with warnings/notifications (but I haven't received any). 

Can anyone advise if there is a chance to restore the missing pages?

If you can log into the system, it must be still active at least.

Can you check the admin to see if your account can see the space(s) that the pages vanished from?
