Hi,

For some reason all our confluence pages are gone, none of them are shown. We were not actively using confluence for the last couple of months, however, that shouldn't explain why they are missing.

Beside, as a user, although I appreciate the community usage and support, can't understand that there is no easy way to contact JIRA/Atlassian support people directly. That is completely against the mentality of project/product management and task management apps.

We need our confluence pages, we trusted JIRA to keep them safe and now we can't find them. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

@Tugra Sahiner

Cloud Free sites that are inactive will be deleted after 120 days. Inactive, in this case, means that no user accessed the site for more than 120 days.

If it was longer than that, it would have been deleted.  Atlassian notifies you through several emails letting you know it will be inactivated and then eventually deleted.  If you are on a paid plan then you do not need to worry about being active on the product.
