For some reasons all my confluence pages are gone, is anyone know what to do in this case?
Also, I am admin of the org but can't create any new page in confluence
Hello @Yaroslav Hryniuk
Have all pages and spaces been removed, or only some of them?
When was the last time that you accessed the Confluence instance?
The tags on your post indicate you are/were using a Free subscription. Is that accurate?
Do other users have access to this Confluence instance?
If there are other users of the Confluence instance could those users have deleted your work?
If this is a free instance and you have not accessed it for a long time, Atlassian may have deactivated it due to inactivity. They reserve the right to do that. They would've send emails to the Organization admins warning of the impending deactivation, and then another email on the day of deactivation.
After deactivation Atlassian holds the data for a limited amount of time for recovery. If your instance was deactivated due to inactivity, hopefully you are still within the recovery period and will be able to get your data back.
Thanks for you answer!
Yeah, I didn't visit it for a while. How can I approach confluence to recover the data?
