One thing I can recommend if this symptom is present, a reindex. But can you please provide more information?

sorry for the delay in reply.
I ran the reindex which pulled it up to date, but then it needed another reindex this morning to update it again
We have Server on version 5.8
It seemed to have stopped working when we moved it from cloud to server.
No errors in browser that I can see
