Could you please let us know whether we could set alerts for scheduled job in Confluence. Our requirement is that, on each day confluence users are increasing. We would like to get an alert from Confluence to know whether it reached the limit or how many more to reach the limit.

Confluence doesn't have a built in monitoring/alert system for scheduled jobs or license count.
Please look into a web monitoring tool. It should be possible to set up an alert based on the "Licensed users" value on the <Confluence_Base_URL>/admin/license.action page.
