Advice on migrating content from Tettra to Confluence

Hello,

we are looking at how to best import content from Tettra into Confluence and have hit a wall.

We want to be able to import selected articles from Tettra and we will then be updating the structure from there.

Does anyone have any advice on best practice for this, there is text and formatting and images to consider within the Tettra pages.
