Our admin cannot approve the purchase of a marketplace app (Action item Progress Bar) in Confluence requested by a user. The error message is that there is a technical issue and that we should try at a different time, but the issue has been going on for more than a week.
How can we fix this problem?
Side note that the approval of another app requested at the same time has been done without any issues.
Unfortunately this sometimes happens. My recommendation is to contact Atlassian support directly by opening a ticket.
